Website services focus on designing and developing your site, while monthly plans provide ongoing support after your website is launched, such as website maintenance, social media management, blog content, and monthly reporting.

If you’d like to hold off on website maintenance, we can adjust your plan to include more social media posts instead, giving you flexibility to focus on what matters most right now.

Yes, we can still manage your social media and provide monthly reporting. It’s just the website portion that we wouldn’t be able to support.

Depending on your plan (Starter, Grow, Scale, Elite), you’ll get extra social posts per month in place of blog writing and website maintenance, which are included in all of our plans if you’ve purchased a custom website or one of our website templates

No. You don’t need to share your personal login details. We’ll ask you to add our agency as a partner or manager on the relevant platforms so we can securely schedule, publish, or manage content on your behalf.

Visuals may come from client-provided assets, commercial and/or licensed stock imagery, or custom-designed graphics created by our team. Everything is selected to align with your brand, industry, and goals.

We include review and revision rounds within the agreed scope during each monthly content calendar approval cycle. Our process is collaborative and guided by your onboarding details, and we’ll refine the work to ensure it aligns with your expectations.

Monthly plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis, with all pricing details shared clearly before you sign up.

Website design services are charged per project based on the payment schedule outlined in your proposal.

You’re not locked into a long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time. Website design projects are non-refundable once work has begun, as time and resources are reserved specifically for your project. Monthly plans require 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle, as we plan content in advance for the upcoming month.

We’re based in Canada, all pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you’re outside Canada, your payment provider (i.e. Stripe) will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at checkout.
