Who creates the content?

All content is created in-house by our creative team — including a graphic designer, video editor, and social media strategist. Everything is custom-made to fit your brand and goals.

What platforms do you manage?

We manage all the major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You can add or remove platforms from your plan at any time to fit your needs. If you’re unsure which platforms are best for your business, we’ll help you decide during your discovery call.

Can I approve content before it’s posted?

Yes! You’ll have access to a shared content calendar or preview link to review and approve posts before they go live. You can leave comments directly on the content.

How many posts are included per month?

The number of posts depends on your selected plan. We offer multiple tiers ranging from 3 to 12 posts per month. Reels or videos can be included as add-ons.

Do you handle Reels and video content too?

Yes — we offer video content (including Reels) as an add-on. This includes on-site or remote editing options depending on your location and plan. Let us know during onboarding if you want to include video.

How do you create content if we’re not in the same location?

If you’re not local, we’ll use your existing brand assets, images, and video clips — or provide creative direction and a shot list to help you capture content. We make it easy to collaborate remotely.

Can I request specific topics or promotions?

Absolutely. You’ll have a chance to share upcoming promotions, new launches, or special requests in your monthly content planning form or strategy call.

How do I track performance?

We provide a monthly performance report that covers post engagement, follower growth, and insights into what’s working. Higher-tier plans include deeper reporting and trend analysis.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes — all plan tiers require a 12-month commitment. This gives us time to build momentum, refine your strategy, and see results. After 12 months, your plan continues monthly until you cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Do I have to commit to a 12-month plan?

Yes, our core plans require a 12-month commitment to ensure consistency and real growth. After that, you can switch to a month-to-month plan.

What’s included in the monthly fee?

It depends on the plan! Each includes core services (e.g., social posts, website edits, blog posts), priority support, and monhtly reports. Add-ons are available à la carte.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes — you can upgrade/downgrade anytime. Downgrades can be made after the 12-month period ends.

What if I miss a payment?

We allow a 14-day grace period. After that, late fees or account pauses may apply. All terms are outlined in your service agreement.

How do you gather content from me?

We use smart intake forms and a client portal to collect brand info, media, and preferences. You’ll be guided every step of the way.

Do I need to provide photos and videos?

Not necessarily — we can work with what you have, use high-quality stock, or even coordinate in-person shoots (select locations only).

How often do I get to review or approve content?

You’ll receive a monthly content calendar to review and approve before publishing. We welcome feedback and edits.

Can you create content even if I’m not local?

Absolutely. We create remote-friendly content using your brand materials, stock assets, and AI-powered design tools.

How do I start working with you?

Yes! We specialize in setting up complete online presences from scratch — including your website, social channels, and content strategy.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes, you’ll be assigned an account manager who acts as your go-to for all communications and updates.
