XO Pixel Creative Refund Policy

At XO Pixel Creative, we’re committed to delivering thoughtful, strategic, and visually compelling work. Our service-based model involves a significant amount of creative direction, manual labor, and personalized strategy. As such, we’ve outlined the following refund policy to set clear expectations and protect the integrity of our work.

By entering into a service agreement with XO Pixel Creative, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital and creative services—which involve research, design, planning, and execution—once a project or retainer has started, resources and time are allocated on your behalf, and therefore refunds are not possible.

XO Pixel Creative is a boutique creative agency offering premium digital marketing, website design, and content services. We do not operate on a pay-only-if-satisfied model. You are hiring our team for creative output based on your selected service plan, brand goals, and submitted content or feedback.

Whether or not you choose to use all the deliverables included in your plan, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued. Once we begin allocating time and resources, your subscription or project is considered active.

All deliverables will be produced based on your intake form, brief, and feedback. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we offer revisions within the scope outlined in your plan or agreement. Once deliverables are approved, they are considered final and cannot be revised or refunded. We do not guarantee growth, reach, or engagement as results depend on many factors outside of our control.

Signing up for a monthly plan includes a 6- or 12-month commitment for all new clients. After the initial commitment period, you may cancel at any time.

Monthly plans can be cancelled after your 12-month commitment by contacting your account manager or submitting a help ticket. Please provide at least 30 days’ notice, as we begin working on content in advance and need time to adjust our schedule. This helps avoid investing time into work that will no longer be used.

If you cancel mid-billing cycle, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time. Forgetting to cancel is not considered a valid reason for a refund, as our team begins scheduling and preparing content in advance.

All recurring services—such as social media management and website maintenance—renew automatically each month. Once your subscription renews, we cannot process refunds for that period. You are still entitled to the deliverables included in your plan, and timely communication is required so we can fulfill them.

Failure to submit your onboarding questionnaire or creative assets does not qualify for a refund. In some cases, we may convert your payment into credit for another service (valid for three months). If more than 25 days pass without receiving onboarding information, we will proceed with creating content based on your website, social platforms, or industry research.

XO Pixel Creative provides scheduling services as a complimentary feature where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party platform errors, scheduling tool disconnects, or platform-based content restrictions. Posting failures due to disconnected accounts or algorithm flags do not warrant refunds, but we will assist in re-scheduling if the issue is resolved. Final responsibility lies with you to ensure your platform connections remain active and compliant.

Delays caused by lack of client feedback, content approvals, or unresponsiveness do not qualify for refunds. If your delay prevents a deliverable from being posted on the intended date, we can offer an alternate date but will not reissue or refund the work. Delays on our end will be addressed promptly.

We take quality seriously and have built-in review processes. However, small errors such as typos or misplacements can occasionally occur. It is your responsibility to review and approve all materials. We do not provide refunds for oversight errors if final approval has been given.

By agreeing to our terms, you waive the right to dispute charges based on dissatisfaction or service misunderstandings. If a chargeback is filed, all access to deliverables and services will be immediately revoked. Reinstatement is subject to repayment of the full amount, including any fees. Any unauthorized disputes may be escalated to collections and legal enforcement if necessary.

XO Pixel Creative does not tolerate threats, blackmail, or coercive tactics in exchange for refunds or services outside the scope of agreement. Any form of manipulation or review extortion may result in immediate termination of services, legal recourse, and reporting to review platforms or payment processors.
