Every package includes a strategy call, custom shoot plan, on-site or virtual photography and video capture, professional editing, and organized delivery of your final content.

Do I get both photos and videos?

Yes! All shoots include a mix of high-quality photos and video clips. You can let us know your content priorities during the planning phase.

Can I book a remote shoot if I’m not local?

Yes — we offer remote shoot direction. We’ll guide you or your team through capturing the footage using your own camera or smartphone, then edit everything professionally on our end.

How long is the shoot?

We offer photo and video sessions ranging from 1 hour to 5 hours. Longer sessions include more final deliverables — additional photos and video clips — but the quality of our work remains consistently high regardless of the session length. We’ll help you choose the right duration based on your goals and content needs.

What type of content do you shoot?

We create a variety of brand content — including lifestyle photography, behind-the-scenes footage, product demos, tutorials, service highlights, and more. All content is tailored to your brand and platform goals.

How soon will I get my edited content?

Final edited photos and video clips are typically delivered within 7–10 business days after your shoot.

How will I receive my content?

You’ll receive all final assets via a shared online folder — organized, labelled, and ready to use on your website, social media, or marketing materials.

Can I request revisions or re-edits?

Yes — each package includes a round of light revisions for colour, cropping, or pacing. Larger re-edits or alternate versions can be requested for an additional fee.

Do I have to commit to a 12-month plan?

Yes, our core plans require a 12-month commitment to ensure consistency and real growth. After that, you can switch to a month-to-month plan.

What’s included in the monthly fee?

It depends on the plan! Each includes core services (e.g., social posts, website edits, blog posts), priority support, and monhtly reports. Add-ons are available à la carte.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes — you can upgrade/downgrade anytime. Downgrades can be made after the 12-month period ends.

What if I miss a payment?

We allow a 14-day grace period. After that, late fees or account pauses may apply. All terms are outlined in your service agreement.

How do you gather content from me?

We use smart intake forms and a client portal to collect brand info, media, and preferences. You’ll be guided every step of the way.

Do I need to provide photos and videos?

Not necessarily — we can work with what you have, use high-quality stock, or even coordinate in-person shoots (select locations only).

How often do I get to review or approve content?

You’ll receive a monthly content calendar to review and approve before publishing. We welcome feedback and edits.

Can you create content even if I’m not local?

Absolutely. We create remote-friendly content using your brand materials, stock assets, and AI-powered design tools.
