Celebrity Unisex Salon, a black-owned salon and Hair Restoration Centre in Toronto, is renowned for its expertise in natural hair care, especially for Sisterlocs and traditional locs. Alongside their services, they offer a range of premium hair care products, including a dedicated Sisterlocks line, which until recently was only available for purchase in-store.
As demand for their products grew, Celebrity Unisex Salon decided to expand to online sales through the Vagaro platform, making it easy for clients to purchase products directly from their online store. To support this transition, they needed professional, high-quality product photos that would showcase each item’s unique qualities and reflect the salon’s dedication to natural hair health and beauty.
We organized an on-site product photoshoot, capturing the Sisterlocks line and other products in optimal lighting and style. By carefully staging each product, we highlighted its quality and branding, producing polished, visually appealing images that perfectly represented Celebrity Unisex Salon’s premium offerings. After the shoot, we formatted and optimized the images for Vagaro, ensuring they loaded quickly and looked sharp across different devices. Through a consistent look across all photos, we helped establish a cohesive, professional online store that would appeal to both new and returning clients.
